About 5 - 6 years ago, two young women from Finland came to Bremen with a message from God.
The “core” statement was:
"God sees many bright shining flames in Bremen that burn for Jesus. HE wants these individual flames to join in unity so that "HIS FIRE" can reach people in Bremen and beyond."
God reminded me of this at the beginning of 2024 with the mission, to find and invite the flames to get “TOGETHER” to carry out this mission of God.
Only together, with our eyes focused on Jesus Christ, will we be able to reach people and invite them to follow Christ.

The VISION for SHINE
Twenty-Five !
Over many weeks, God gives, piece by piece, the vision associated with the mission for Bremen and the surrounding area:
It starts 2025 as "SHINE Twenty-Five"
with participating individuals, groups and communities in an initial joint time frame of
"three months",
StartUp on 31.05. - FollowUp on 30.08.2025
In this first time window from May 31st to August 30th, “God’s Good News” of Jesus Christ will be brought to the people of Bremen and beyond as often as possible and in simple language.
We “JOY – In the Lord” organize the two Saturdays:
START - UP 31.05. und FOLLOW - UP 30.08.2025
Between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
At Bremen Central Station, forecourt to the city.
Mat 28:19 Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be).
To organize the two evenings on May 31st and August 30th, we need your help as a team. Despite all our good connections, we cannot do it without you.
We invite you to be actively involved in these two evenings (e.g. for follow-up work, discipleship, small groups, accompaniment and more.)
We look forward to working with you to fulfill God’s mission.

How can the flames connect ?
Our goal especially for the first given time window from 31.05. – 30.08.25 is:
- to network and support the participating individuals, groups and communities so that even more people can be reached in advance with “GOD’S GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ” during their normal activities, festivals, etc.
- to invite people living in your neighbourhood approximately 1-2 weeks before the actual activities/festivals/events, in sharing with personal or public "Good News" of Jesus Christ.
- to equip many Christians, to help people who "accept Jesus into their lives" for a certain period of time.
We as JOY will help you implement it:
- We would be happy to support you in the 1-2 weeks before your event(s) with committed and trained Christians who are known to us in your personal and public preaching. We also help with important applications.
- We empower and train participants to become more confident in simple language, simple testimony, personal and public preaching, on the streets with and without a microphone.
- We currently have a free of charge day seminar/event in Bremen every 6-8 weeks.
- In addition, we are also happy to come to your groups and communities to provide support.
- Starting in spring 2025, we will be offering regular, free of charge seminars for interested Christians who would like to be additionally empowered and equipped to guide and accompany "New Followers of Jesus" on their journey with Jesus.
- We help to network interested, participating individuals, groups and communities.
- After consultation, we will publish your respective events on our website so that other "inflamed" Christians can participate in them personally or in prayer.
- We would also be happy to connect you with well-known and biblically based inter-/national organizations for personal online and YouTube training.
BE PART of GOD'S VISION and HIS MISSION for Bremen and the surrounding area!!
We will approach many people personally and invite them to be part of this.
However, we don't know all the "Flames for Jesus". Please contact us if you want to be part of it. We'll be happy to take the time to get to know you.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS :
We know of international/national organizations that often offer free training online and on YouTube in preaching, accompaniment and discipleship. Everything is based on biblical principles.
We have been connected with some of them for a long time.
After many years of our own experience, we were able to take part in CfaN's "Fire School" and "School of Evangelism" 2024. This was very enriching for us, especially because it made it easier to reach people with God's Good News.
